On February 2, it was reported that the policy of “one sign for many lines” means that registered residence residents and residence permit holders of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone can apply for “one sign for many lines” endorsement for tourism to Macao. They can travel to and from Macao for an unlimited number of times within a year, and stay in Macao for no more than 7 days each time, which will come into effect on January 1 this year (2025). According to statistics from Zhuhai Border Inspection Station Hengqin Border Inspection Station, as of January 31st, over 16000 people have used the “one visa, multiple travel” visa to enter and exit Macau through Guangdong Hengqin Port. It is understood that passengers holding “one visa, multiple travel” visas tend to travel on weekends and holidays. The implementation of the “one visa, multiple travel” policy further facilitates the travel and consumption of Hengqin residents to Macau.
