On March 2nd, Ukrainian President Zelensky announced in a statement that he had held talks with Italian Prime Minister Meloni. During the talks, the two sides discussed and formulated a joint action plan to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict and achieve a just and lasting peace. Zelensky stated that Ukraine needs reliable security guarantees and must strengthen its position through cooperation with European countries and allies such as the United States.
