On April 19th, a small plane crashed into a river in Nebraska, USA, causing three deaths. At present, the cause of the plane crash is still unclear. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office stated that the Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board have launched an investigation.
