On April 27th, Canadian Prime Minister Carney stated in a speech regarding the Vancouver vehicle collision incident that there was no “active threat” against Canadians after the attack. Carney said, “Currently, we do not believe that Canadians face any actual threats.” He also stated that authorities have confirmed that the detained suspects acted alone.
