The new date will be announced after both parties agree. On the same day, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed this news. Spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bagae, stated that the reason for the delay in negotiations was based on the proposal of the Omani Foreign Minister. Bagae reiterated that Iran is willing to uphold its legitimate interests through diplomatic channels and end sanctions and economic oppression against the Iranian people.
