On May 4th, Buffett announced that the Berkshire Hathaway board of directors will meet tomorrow and there is a proposal that currently only my children and I (who are also company directors) are aware of. He will recommend Abel to become the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway by the end of the year. He will still stay in the company to provide assistance, but the final decision will belong to Abel.
