The online signing volume of second-hand residential properties in Shenzhen in April was 5733 units, a decrease of 5.7% compared to the previous month and an increase of 37.4% year-on-year. In terms of new houses, the total number of online signings for first-hand residential properties in Shenzhen in April was 3695, a year-on-year increase of 28.7%, still at a relatively high level. As of the end of April, the inventory of first-hand pre-sale residential properties in Shenzhen was 28062 units. Calculated based on the average monthly turnover rate of first-hand pre-sale residential properties in the past 12 months (3494 units per month), the turnover cycle is 8.0 months.
