Oak Capital Co CEO: Company investors are discussing reducing exposure to the United States

On May 7th, Armen Panossian, Co CEO of Oaktree Capital, stated that clients are discussing reducing their exposure to the United States by up to 10% due to concerns that the Trump administration’s trade policies may harm the economy and investment environment. Panossian stated on the sidelines of the Milken Institute Global Conference that American investors are more inclined to believe that tariff negotiations will be completed before causing too much damage, while non American investors are uneasy about the damage to the reputation of the United States.
