On May 12th, according to China Unicom, on May 9th, China Unicom Venture Capital Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established. Tonghao Fund Company has a registered capital of 100 million RMB, with 100% contribution from Tonghao Capital. It is a wholly-owned third tier company of China Tonghao and its business scope includes private equity investment fund management and venture capital fund management services. Next, Tonghao Fund Company will carry out investment layout around four core areas: intelligent rail transit, intelligent low altitude, smart city, and intelligent operation.
