On May 17th, in the first quarter of this year, the operating revenue of Shanghai’s software and information services industry exceeded 380 billion yuan, an increase of 15.3%, ranking among the top in the country. Shanghai is currently studying and formulating policy measures to promote the high-quality development of the soft information industry, including 16 measures in four aspects: stable growth incentives, artificial intelligence empowerment, cultivation of new driving forces, and cost reduction and burden reduction for enterprises.
