Energy cooperation is one of the key areas of cooperation between China and Central Asian countries. The first China Central Asia Summit in 2023 clearly pointed out the need to expand cooperation in the entire energy industry chain, implement projects such as green technology and clean energy, and practice the development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing.
In recent years, China Huadian Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Huadian) has actively responded to the initiative of jointly building the “the Belt and Road” and the energy cooperation consensus reached at the first China China Asia Summit, keenly grasped the new opportunities for cooperation and development with the five Central Asian countries, closely followed the energy needs of relevant countries, continued to deepen cooperation with Central Asian countries around the investment and construction of energy projects, technical support, talent training and other aspects, and effectively translated the consensus of the first China China Asia Summit into tangible results.

While improving local infrastructure, China Huadian attaches great importance to hiring local employees. This process of learning while doing has enhanced the technical level and employment ability of local youth, bringing not only green electricity but also sustainable development potential for the future.
China Huadian, together with North China Electric Power University, Xinjiang University, and Almaty University of Electric Power Engineering and Communication in Kazakhstan, has established the “China Central Asia Energy and Power Innovation Alliance” to promote the “order based” talent training model. After graduation, students have the opportunity to enter the families of China Huadian University, providing a broad stage for the growth and success of Central Asian youth.
China Huadian adheres to the corporate mission of “dedicating clean energy and creating a better life”, and is intensifying efforts to promote the development of clean energy projects in Central Asia, striving to write a more brilliant energy chapter of cooperation and development with Central Asian countries.
