On April 12th, local time, Iranian Foreign Minister Alaghi and Omani Foreign Minister Badr held a meeting in Oman. Alaghi praised Oman’s responsible attitude towards regional issues and thanked Oman for hosting indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States. Alaghi introduced the expected arrangement and preparation of indirect negotiations to the Afghan side, and provided Iran’s negotiation position and information for Oman to forward to the US side.
