Prime Minister: Gaza military operation will not end until combat objectives are achieved

On the evening of April 20th, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said in a video statement that Israel will not end its military operations in the Gaza Strip until its combat objectives are achieved. Netanyahu said that the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has rejected a proposal to release some detainees and insists on Israel ending the war and withdrawing troops from the Gaza Strip. He emphasized that the Israeli military will not end its military operations in the Gaza Strip until Hamas is eliminated, all detainees in the Gaza Strip are released, and the Gaza Strip no longer poses a threat to Israel.
