A survey shows that support for Trump’s immigration issues has declined since the beginning of the year

On April 26th, according to CNN, multiple new surveys released in recent days have shown that President Trump’s approval rating for immigration has declined since the beginning of the year. Overall, the public generally supports the actions taken at the border, but their support for other policies, including the threat of expelling international students, has declined. The Washington Post, ABC News, Ipsos Poll, and Associated Press National Polling Center all released polls on the same day showing that US President Trump’s approval rating for handling immigration issues is 46%, lower than earlier this year.
