On May 1st, UAE President Mohammed had a phone call with Russian President Putin to discuss strengthening bilateral relations within the framework of their strategic partnership. In addition, Putin also thanked the UAE for its successful mediation during the prisoner exchange process between Russia and Ukraine in April, and praised the UAE’s continued efforts in this regard. Mohammed also wished Russia and its people continuous progress and prosperity during the call.
