On May 17th, a large-scale press conference was held in Wuhan to promote the return of Chu merchants to their hometowns as part of the “Entrepreneurship and Employment Promotion” series of actions in Hubei Province. The conference released the “Action Plan for Promoting the Return of Chu Merchants to Their Hometowns”. During the event, Wuhan, Huanggang, and Xiantao cities respectively conducted investment promotion for Chu merchants returning to their hometowns. 89 key Chu business projects have been signed, with a total signed amount of 116.354 billion yuan.
