The Brazilian government is comprehensively formulating environmental policies from multiple dimensions such as production, households, and individuals, in order to promote the transition to sustainable development and improve people’s well-being. We need to pay attention to the sustainable development of the people, their sense of happiness, and their working environment, “he said.
He stated that China has played an important role in the practice of people-oriented green transformation. China’s achievements in technological innovation are evident to all, “said Marinho. China’s technological innovation capability can help improve the working conditions of workers and create a better working environment.
He gave an example that China’s technology in high-temperature resistant equipment and other fields can help Brazil promote modernization, reduce the health risks caused by high-temperature operations to workers, protect the health and safety of workers, and improve the working environment.
Marinho believes that the cooperation between China and Brazil is progressing positively and has broad prospects. For Brazil and many other countries, the relationship with China is a win-win cooperation. He said that the cooperation between Brazil and China not only benefits both countries, but also benefits the international community.
He stated that both Pakistan and China are firmly committed to the correct path of multilateralism, and there is enormous room for future cooperation.
Regarding the denial of climate change and refusal to take responsibility by some developed country governments, Marinho bluntly stated that this is a “serious mistake” that will cause enormous harm to all humanity. He emphasized that addressing climate change must rely on joint consultation and collaboration among countries.
There are solutions, but it requires the unity of all nations and countries around the world, “he said.” The prerequisite for achieving this is to abandon denialism and not ignore the impact of climate change
