The greatness of a great country lies not in its size, body, or fist, but in its broad mindedness, broad vision, and strong sense of responsibility. Speaking of equality means that all countries, regardless of their size, strength, or wealth, are equal members of the international community. International affairs are handled through consultation among countries, and the fate of the world is jointly controlled by the people of all countries; Speaking of the rule of law means actively advocating and defending the international rule of law, firmly maintaining the international system centered on the United Nations and the international order based on international law; Speaking of cooperation means promoting mutual benefit and win-win outcomes with the concept of “working together with the world”, driving the common development of developing countries, and leading the international community to unite and respond to challenges; Honesty means keeping one’s word and fulfilling one’s promise. We will definitely do what we say and promise.
