Lele Tea apologizes for infringing on Lu Xun’s portrait rights, and the trademark application for Yanqiang has been rejected

According to Tianyancha’s intellectual property information, Lele Tea’s affiliated company Shanghai Chatian Catering Management Co., Ltd. applied for registration of multiple “smoke chamber” trademarks in May 2023, which are classified internationally as food, convenience food, advertising sales, beer and beverages, etc. However, these trademarks have all been rejected and are in an invalid state. In addition, not long ago, the company also applied for the registration of the “Old Smoke Chamber New Youth” trademark, which is internationally classified as convenient food, beer and beverage, catering and accommodation. Currently, these trademarks are all awaiting substantive examination.

In December 2016, Lele Tea was born in Wujiaochang, Shanghai. It is a new tea beverage brand that specializes in original fresh fruit cheese tea and soft bags. It also launched the popular product “Dirty and Dirty Bags”.

At the end of 2022, Naixue Tea became the largest shareholder of Lele Tea, holding 43.64% equity in the main company of Lele Tea.
