Nanjing: Existing housing can be appropriately renovated or purchased for use as affordable housing
According to the Nanjing Real Estate Industry Association, recently, Nanjing officially issued the “Implementation Plan for Planning and Construction of Affordable Housing in Nanjing”. In addition to improving the housing security system, it also emphasizes that Nanjing will appropriately renovate or purchase existing housing as affordable housing, and activate the use of idle land and houses. This marks a solid step for Nanjing City in promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market and improving people’s livelihoods, and building a new model of real estate development.
