The finance ministers of the United States, Japan and South Korea met on the 17th at the U.S. Treasury Department Building in Washington, D.C., to exchange views on issues such as the rapid depreciation of their currencies that Japan and South Korea have recently paid close attention to, and agreed to maintain communication on currency market fluctuations.
